Wheat free weightloss

Weight Watchers®. Now with an online plan.

With the winter in full swing now is not the time for complacency. It's all too easy for those pounds to creep on, especially with the dark, cold nights, all those parties you went to over the festive season, and of course the New Year celebrations too.

Before you know it you've partied and comfort eaten your way to a larger clothes size. I know it's easy to think that under all those big jumpers and bulky coats no-one will notice, but believe me everyone will notice, and come the Spring when you crawl out from hibernation it's not going to be a pretty sight.

A New Year for a New You.

It's a known fact that we are at our heaviest in the winter months, and our lightest in the summer months. So that means that you should now be heading towards your lightest time of the year. However that's not a justifiable reason for eating more "to keep the cold out".

For most people dieting is not something that they can achieve by themselves, without support. So why try. Support doesn't have to be physical either, if you can't make those weekly meetings why not try online dieting. Online dieting is very popular right now, and also very successful. eDiets or Weight Watchers offer this, including support, so why not give online dieting a try?

Lose wheat, lose weight

There has also been a lot of promotion about ditching the wheat if you want to lose weight. Celebrities have all been queuing up to write books about how they lost acres of flab by cutting out wheat. These have done the plight of genuine wheat allergy sufferers a lot of harm as often people think you're on a faddy diet, right?

Lose Wheat, Lose Weight book There are some books around promoting a wheat free diet sensibly. A big seller is Lose Wheat, Lose Weight.

Lose Wheat, Lose Weight cookbookIt also has a recipe book to expand on it further, the Lose Wheat, Lose Weight Cookbook.

The truth is we do have an advantage, if we don't eat wheat then we don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, we don't eat junk food, and we probably don't pig out on biscuits. But I bet we all like chocolate, and we firmly advocate that a little of what you fancy does you good. However we emphasise 'a little'. Healthy eating & fitness should not be miserable because it won't be sustainable if every day you deny yourself everything that you enjoy.
